Return Policy

At Slakker Racing Development, LLC. (SRD), each engine build and component is custom-crafted to meet your performance goals. Because of the highly specialized nature of our work:

• Engine Builds & Custom Orders: All deposits and payments for engine builds, machining, or tuning services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Parts & Merchandise: Unused, unopened parts or merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

• Warranties: All SRD engine builds are backed by our 2-year warranty (covering both street and track use) provided customers follow our care guidelines, including approved oil, analysis, and cooling modifications
