RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisified with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@sr.dev to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please note

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned 

Klarna

For products purchased using Klarna, a full refund and free postage with a return address is available within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued within 14 business days.  

Disputes

We stand behind our products and services and if an issue arises, we’ll work with you in good faith to find a solution — replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.  If a formal dispute is needed, it will be handled under the laws of Oklahoma, USA, and any legal claims must be filed in Oklahoma County.
